What You Will Do

• Work on complex game projects using Unreal Engine 5.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize performance and resource usage.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining high technical standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of developing games in Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Proven experience in developing open world games with high quality graphics.
• Strong understanding of game optimization and performance tuning.
• Passion for creating and playing MMO games.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, positive mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
